Today is a busy day for me. I still have the Cornish Pasties to make, the gluten-free stuff, it's 2 am and I'm knackered after today; I worked my tush off at work.
Well heh, that's life.
But I could sooooo just stay in bed tomorrow instead of being perky at work. Bah, thank goodness there is espresso there, I'll need it, I doubt I'll get to sleep tonight.

- Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, raised in Southern California, I spent most of my life various places in the States: Palm Desert, San Diego, college in Missouri, Albuquerque (for a marriage, son and divorce) and lastly, Montpelier, Vermont.
After 8 years in Cheshire, UK (to pick up another marriage, two fabulous little girls, another divorce and my moniker) my girls and I moved to France.
Hilarity ensues for five years.
I now live with my two young children in this delightful area of France known as Côtes-d'Armor (Ar Mor is 'The Sea' in Breton, the local language.)
I am currently trying to find premises, and the cash, to open a Tea Salon and café.
It's been an exercise, so far, in 12 flavours of patience and persistence.
You see, if you take an outspoken expat American Mother, mix with the ostentatiously turgid French Administration, you'll get a sort of vinaigrette; just one you'd never willingly choose to consume.
